Starting up friday morning with this picture of Dree Hemingway, model and actress (great-granddaughter of legendary Ernest Hemingway!). I love the shirt! Picture from Chanel.
Today I need some happy colour injection and thought these pictures by Chris Everard was suitable. One of my favourite pieces is the Pinocchio rug from Hay in the third picture, my friend Karin just got one for wedding present and I think I have to visit her and touch it. Hope you're having a colourful and happy thursday!
Today I just put some lovely pictures together by Cedric Bihr. I really like the frosty view in the first picture, imagine to take a morning walk over the rustle grass ... But first I'll enjoy the end of summer and a colourful autumn.
Thanks for the lovely comments on my last post, it made me smile all weekend, which was a really lazy one. Todays inspiration is brought from german site "Freunde von freunde", where you can find a lot of personal and special homes.
I think these pictures reflects the beginning of autumn quite well, it's still green outside but there is something in the air. I like the glass collections and the maple branch in the first pic. Pictures via Sköna Hem by photographer Johan Carlson.
Just beautiful pictures for a sunny and crispy clear wednesday. Today is the first day of autumn according to the swedish calendar, I actually like it even if summer is my favourite season. Pictures from Joseph Dirand Architecture, photo: Adrien Dirand.
Good monday morning! I should have made this post on friday but sometimes things comes between ... Saw these pictures a few years ago and now I ran into them again and I think it's worth a post. This Amsterdam sugar warehouse loft, designed by Uxus Design was built in 1763. As always I like the contrast between old and modern, the Eames DCM chairs and the lamp are a perfect match to the old warehouse. Photo: Dim Balem.
Today I found Konrad's blog "The things" with, among others, these lovely pictures. Unfortunately I don't have the photographers name, aside from picture 2: Helén Pe. I wish you a happy wednesday!
A new stay for the fancy people going to St Tropez is Hotel Sezz, a quite tiny hotel with 37 rooms. I think it's tastefully decorated and furnished with nice colour and material combinations. Thanks B at "not quite snow white" for tipping me about this gorgeous place.
Happy monday and hope you will have a great new week! Todays inspiration is a mix of pictures by photographer Chris Everard via Sarah Kaye. I guess I need a summer house so I can use this style somewhere ...
