Friends style VI

Sorry again for poor blogging lately but, among other things, I've been busy painting for an upcoming art fair in Stockholm. Anyway I hope you've had a lovely week so far. Yesterday I visited Kristina and her family, a friend with a home decorated in a lovely romantic style that I wanted to share with you.

    I'm in love..the vintage painting, the adorable purse, the butterflies on the armoir, the chair, the wood floor..ahhh..beautifully photographed too!

    Jeg beundrer de som har en så gjennomført stil. Sjeldent vakkert var denne leiligheten. Likte godt siste bildet, med kontrastene av maleriet mot tapet i kjøkkenet og ellers en nydelig fargeskala med tre og grått.
    Lykke til med utstilling!! Og ha en fortsatt god uke :)

    I love the black Chinese antique cabinet in the 6th photo.  Cabinets like these would be from northern China - often they come from the Shanxi region. This one has had the gold repainted and the bottom apron removed, but it still looks great.
